* When you are making your booking please note any special requirements in the notes section of the online booking system.
* Card details must be entered on to Fresha to confirm your booking.
* Payment will be taken at the end of your appointment.
* Clients can cancel without fee up until 24 hours before appointment.
* Clients will be charged a 75% cancellation fee for all services cancelled within 24 hours of appointment.
* Clients who do not show for their appointment will be charged for the appointment in full.
* Two no-shows will result in client being blocked from booking online.
* Please advise if you are running late for your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you but may need to reduce your appointment time but you will be charged for what you have booked.
* Please do not come to the salon with nail polish that has been applied by another salon, I am not able to remove this and you will be charged for your appointment.
* Vouchers are non refundable and should be treated like cash, it will not be replaced if lost. Bookings are subject to availability and allocation. The voucher is valid for 5 years from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Vouchers are valid for their stated value for one year. After a year, they will revert to the monetary value that the voucher was originally purchased for which will not expire for 5 years from date of issue.
